SugarReset Ingredients
SugarReset declares six ingredients with differing evidence strength, but doesn't disclose individual doses.
Graded honestly from moderate to insufficient evidence — plus the dosing gap that limits all of them.
Six ingredients, one major limitation
SugarReset's label names all six ingredients, but doesn't disclose their individual doses — it uses a proprietary blend. This matters because several of these ingredients only show research benefits at specific amounts.
All 6 ingredients, graded honestly
Chromium Picolinate
Modestly improves fasting glucose (5-10%) and HbA1c (0.2-0.5% reduction) in research. Clinical studies use 200mcg+ — SugarReset's dose isn't disclosed.
Gymnema Sylvestre
Human trials show reduced fasting glucose and HbA1c in type 2 diabetes, plus some evidence for reduced sugar cravings. Clinical doses run 400-1,000mg daily.
Green Tea Extract
Catechins provide antioxidant and metabolic benefits. Contains caffeine — a real consideration for afternoon use or caffeine sensitivity.
Panax Ginseng
May help lower fasting glucose and improve insulin sensitivity. Clinical trial doses range 1-9g daily, most commonly 3-6g.
African Mango Seed Extract
May support metabolic function, but high-quality human trials specific to blood sugar are sparse. Studies used 150mg twice daily.
Maca Root
Known primarily for energy and hormonal support. Very limited evidence it specifically helps blood sugar control; included more for general wellness.
Why the proprietary blend matters
What to discuss with a doctor
Anyone taking blood sugar medication, pregnant or nursing, or allergic to ginseng or other herbs should consult their physician before starting SugarReset.
